month of coordination
2 client/planner meeting of two hours (*any extra time or meetings will be subject to additional fees) 30 min for rehearsal week of wedding. Vendor recommendations. Unlimited calls, texts, and emails prior to wedding. Please allow 24 hours for response. Gathering of all signed contracts and remain the primary contact for vendors. Coordination of all vendors, will get in contact with everyone to make sure expectations are clear, payments are made in full, and timelines are correct. Coordination, direction, and supervision of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and send off. Creation of timeline, vendor list, and ceremony order. Creation of layout for reception & ceremony. Coordinate with DJ for grand entrance, dances, cake cutting, toasts, etc. Give bride and groom direction for all special events. Set up ceremony and reception décor. Collection of décor, gifts, cards, remaining food, pictures, etc. Guide and help guests and family on where to go or what to do.

Assistance in food, cake, floral, etc. consultations. Unlimited advice through out planning process. From the big stuff, to the smallest decisions.

consults- $100/hr
A consult is the perfect way to ask questions, pick my brain, get advice, talk though ideas! Sometimes it just helps to talk it out with a pro! I’d love to help out in any way that I can! Let me treat you to a cup of coffee, and lets chat!
styling- $100/hr
If you need someone with an eye for design, knows your style, and someone can trust to get your vision down to the last detail, Im your girl! Event design and styling is one of my favorite things to do for weddings. To me, the little things ARE the big things. I love taking the time to put your personal details together and create a wedding that really reflects you guys as a couple. I strive to make the bride and grooms vision come to life, getting creative with the details big or small, and adding a personal touch to make their special day unique and perfectly tailored to them!
travel fees
Great news! We are available world wide! Travel fees are NOT included in the package prices and will be determined by me, depending on where and the time of year we travel. If you have a destination wedding in mind, let's do it!
